Workday, Lever & Peakon
Jay project managed and implemented a global people systems infrastructure, modernizing and standardizing processes with Workday, Lever, Adaptive Insights and Peakon, to empower teams in answering business needs.
The project included Core HRIS, Talent, Recruitment. Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll (cloud connect and UK), engagement surveys, budgeting, analysis and expenses.

Human Rights Non-Profit
Jay built and implemented a compensation strategy for a non-profit with a globally spread workforce, to provide a framework for defining and managing compensation.
Development & Change Management
Mental Health Non-Profit
Jay worked with a non-profit focused on delivering mental health and wellness initiatives, as they were moving through a period of change.
The project included coaching and workshop delivery.

Jay is part of the 3Sixty Insights Global Executive Advisory Council, participating in the conversation on technology in the HR space.
