Culture Canopy was present at Workhuman Live 2023 in San Diego during April 2023.
The conference was an incredible experience to learn more about Workhuman's offering, and to get to collaborate and be part of a moment with so many other 'human centric workplace' focused HR professionals.
The keynotes from Esther Perel on how couples therapy lessons can help us understand the changing needs of employees needs and expectations from their workplaces, and from the brilliantly candid Luvvie Ajayi Jones on the importance of being a 'professional troublemaker' were particular standouts! Luvvie - consider us recruited to the professional troublemaker movement as we are continue our work to help organizations unearth what is not being said & how to craft inclusive, compassionate & sustainable work environments where everyone can be their authentic selves.
Workhuman live also helped to facilitate a number of engaging conversations through their Networktarium (powered by Braindate), with Jay even being recognized as a Braindate Fan! Through various Braindates, Jay was able to bring his experience and be part of in-depth discussion on designing global shared service centers, building culture in remote organizations, navigating HR career paths & the unique challenges non-profit organizations face and how to help them move past some of their internal obstacles.
We are looking forward to coming together again in Austin in 2024!
